Din Tai Fung, Miranda - Review

Delicious soup dumpling with chilli oil and soy sauce

Din Tai Fung is a modern Taiwanese dumpling chain serving up some great Chinese favourites. The Miranda branch is conveniently located in the Westfield shopping complex, and is a good option for dining if you’re in the Shire.

When it’s time to order, you won’t want to miss Din Tai Fung’s famous xiao long bao dumplings. These aren’t any ordinary dumplings - they have delicious pork broth inside the bun!

Yummy pork bun with xiao long bao

Every xiao long bao dumpling at Din Tai Fung is a perfect parcel of soupy goodness. There’s a viewing window at the front of the restaurant, so you can watch the xiao long bao being made from scratch. It’s quite a laborious process, so you’ll definitely appreciate your dumplings more after seeing how they’re made.

Tasty Chinese dinner in Westfield Miranda Sutherland Shire

In our opinion, the best thing about Din Tai Fung is consistency. Every time we eat the here, the food is cooked to perfection. Definitely stop by for lunch or dinner if you’re in the area!
