Viet Hoa Hot Bread, Cabramatta - Review

Banh Mi Station With Fresh Ingredients in Cabramatta

This local institution has been serving up classic Vietnamese pork rolls for years, and is truly an icon of Cabramatta.

With its bright yellow exterior and constant stream of customers, this bakery is one of our top picks for satisfying banh mi cravings in Sydney's west.

Pork roll with crispy bread, mayonnaise, pate, carrot and coriander.

Our go-to order here at Viet Hoa Hot Bread would be their classic pork roll. We love watching the ladies prepare our banh mi with delicious smearings of mayo and pate, a trio of pork meats, vegetables and a little splash of seasoning sauce. While many banh mi purists may gasp at Viet Hoa's exclusion of onion, we actually think their rolls don't need it. The flavours are great as they are,  you won't be left with lingering onion breath which is a huge win in our eyes! The bread is always fresh and crunchy, and service is lighting fast even when they're busy.

Infamously open 24/7, Viet Hoa Hot Bread is a local favourite for late a tasty night feed. A classic pork roll will set you back a measly $5, which is great value! Like most shops around the area, it's cash only.
