Air Lab, Cabramatta - Review
If you’re after a quick, fun and fluffy dessert, look no further than Air Lab in Cabramatta.
You won’t miss the bright yellow bus design or the crowds outside as you stroll along the street!
Fluffy pancakes are definitely a trending dessert right now, and the one’s at Air Lab are perfectly cooked to be light and fluffy every time. Topping-wise, Air Lab has a mix between classic and asian flavours, like matcha oreo, cream brûlée and mango. We’re not sure how they make their creamy toppings, but we want the recipe! Almost mousse-like in texture, they definitely add an extra fluffy element to this dessert. You can watch your pancakes cook through the glass window, so you know they’re freshly made to order.
Air Lab only has a small seating area with space for two little tables, so it’s best to assume you’ll be ordering your pancakes for takeaway. Not to worry though, there’s plenty of public benches along the street, although we generally find we’ve demolished our pancakes before we get the chance to sit down!
At under $10 a serving, it’s one of the cheapest fluffy pancake option in Sydney, and comes in as our number one casual dessert that won’t break the bank. They do have a surcharge for card transactions though, so bring cash if you can!
