BBQ Barrel Smoking – Pork Ribs

Hey all you BBQ lovers!

We’re doing some smoking today on this great little barrel smoker. If you are wondering what's the easiest way to smoke pork ribs Texas style, then this is the right video for you! I’ve used the 3-2-1 smoking method for my pork ribs:

► 3 hours smoking

► 2 hours wrapped in foil

► 1 hour brushed with sauce 225-250 degrees Fahrenheit (110 - 120 degrees Celsius)

They turned out great!
