Digest With Dan

Digest with Dan is our go-to website for food blogging with a focus on storytelling. Dan interviews the people behind Sydney’s favourite restaurants, helping readers gain some amazing insights into the trials and tribulations of the hospitality industry. We learnt so much from Dan’s recent conversation with Kenny from Kenny’s Pork Rolls in Darlinghurst, where he uncovers how Kenny is tackling homeowners one pork roll at a time.
